"Throughout my experience in the electrical industry it became clear to me that the biggest impediment to customer service was the lack of follow-through on commitments made to clients.

"That was one thing I thought I could do better, and I made a promise to myself that if I ever operated my own shop I would follow through on every commitment, job or service I performed for my customers.

"Since founding Lighthouse in 2004, I have worked hard to keep that promise to myself and to my customers. Whether it's a small courtesy call to follow up on a customer's question or concern, or the simple act of following through on our commitment to finish a job and do it well and on time, I have worked to make Lighthouse Electrical Group a place where follow-through is paramount. Our customers expect it, and I and my team work hard to deliver it."
